Visa and Banco Santa Cruz will work on digital payment innovations

Visa and the Santa Cruz Bank announced a collaboration agreement to support the advancement of the technological innovation that will improve the digital payments and offer exclusive, convenient and attractive benefits in unique proposals in the Dominican market and strengthen preferential segments and SMEs (small and medium-sized companies).

The agreement will also allow collaboration with companies fintechs (financial technology firms) in the application of new formats of digital payments, promoting new sales channels with global solutions for the detection and prevention of fraud in a fast and reliable way.

Likewise, Fausto Arturo Pimentel, executive president of Santa Cruz Bank, expressed that this alliance is of great importance for the institution, since it will allow it to continue developing relationships with its clients through an innovative proposal of products and financial services.

As part of the agreement, the bank will launch new unique value propositions in the market for cardholders Visa. The most recent is the card in partnership with Supermercado Bravo. In the same way, the value proposition for the preferential segment and that of SMEs will be strengthened.
