The Chamber of Deputies, at the request of the majority of the presidents of the parliamentary blocks, suspended the plenary session of Natural Resources, Agriculture and Budget commissions scheduled for tomorrow in which the Wetlands Law project was going to be discussed.
The decision came after agreeing to a request from several governors to be heard in the framework of the debate.
With the signatures of the block presidents Germán Martínez (Frente de Todos), Mario Negri (UCR), Cristian Ritondo (PRO), Juan Manuel López (Radical Evolution), Luis Di Giacomo (United Provinces) and Margarita Stolbizer (Federal Meeting) , it was requested that “a new date be set” for the continuation of the debate, “in order to listen to the positions of the provincial governments.”
