Congressman Pasión Dávila (Bloque Magisterial) reported that he and other legislators are evaluating file a motion of censure against the Board of Directors of the Legislative powerchaired by José Williams, following the call for a plenary session, scheduled for Wednesday, to vote on the request to reconsider the motion of censure against the head of the Interior, Willy Huerta.
“Censorship of the Board of Directors is not ruled out, it is pending because there are democratic forms that we have to use so that all of us can correct ourselves (…) We are evaluating from now on and in due course we will say that we are going to make the decision”, he declared to the press from Parliament.
Regarding the possible presentation of a reconsideration to evaluate the departure of the head of the Ministry of the Interior, Dávila indicated that the benches are within their rights, since said initiative is within the legal framework.

“They are within their rights, no one questions that. If we are under the legal framework, we must continue, but we must also take into account the things that we have been doing in reference to the attention to our population”, he stressed.
Finally, the congressman from the Magisterial Bloc apologized to the citizens of Pasco, since he was there for the week of representation, but had to travel to Lima to attend this plenary session that was left without effect.
This morning, Congress announced that parliamentarian Adriana Tudela (Avanza País) had withdrawn the request to reconsider the vote on the motion of censure against Minister Willy Huerta Olivos.
