The Boicobo Sur-X1 and Margarita 10 gas wells, in addition to the Yarará-X1 oil project, will begin to produce from June 2022, the Hydrocarbons Ministry announced.
Boicobo Sur-X1, located in Chuquisaca, which meant a discovery of around 1 trillion cubic feet (TCF) of gas, will enter the production stage in June of this year.

The Ministry also informed that the Upstream Reactivation Plan will continue, including: the drilling of the Sararenda-X3D, San Miguel-X2 ST, Itacaray-X1, Chaco Oeste-X1, Curiche-X1011 and Los development wells Tatarenda-33A, Chaco Este-4, Boquerón Norte-8 and Boquerón Norte-12, in addition to the intervention of the Sipotindi-X1 well in order to evaluate its potential.
