The Comptroller General of the Republic warned that there is an irregular situation with the appointment of the State Attorney General, María Caruajulca Quispe, who has held the position since February 2022, replacing daniel soria.

The detail of the report is that on July 20, 2022, the Department of Control of the Justice, Political and Electoral Sector commissioned the OCI of the ministry to collect the information on the designation of Caruajulca on February 25 of this year.
