The state president confirmed that based on the survey carried out by Insabi authorities, a contribution of 43 million pesos will be made for the new General Hospital of Culiacán and in this way it will come into operation, while for the Urban Health Center of Culiacán they will be allocated 32 million pesos more so that it is more complete.
“They are going to send us 43 million pesos, on Tuesday we have to receive them here destined exclusively to do everything that we need at the General Hospital, the new one, so that it can start working; the other resource that they will send us is 32 million pesos for the Health Center”, he declared.
The Secretary of Health, Dr. Cuitláhuac González Galindo, stressed that this budget will be distributed mainly in the health institutions of the entity that have presented a greater demand for care and that, due to their specialty, require support to offer the population a health service. quality and have everything you need to carry it out.
“What we want is to make this system more efficient, this is independent of what the federation sends us, which allows us to get ahead with hospitals that serve more or less 50 percent of the population, which are third and second-tier hospitals. level we have”, he explained.
These institutions are the Sinaloa Institute of Cancerology, Culiacán General Hospital, Mazatlán General Hospital, Women’s Hospital, Sinaloa Pediatric Hospital, Sinaloa Psychiatric Hospital, Los Mochis General Hospital, Guasave General Hospital, Pericos Health Center and Dermatological Center of Sinaloa.
Likewise, the state government allocates an important resource to make adjustments to the infrastructure of the Valle del Carrizo Hospital so that it can start operating soon.
Similarly, the area of vectors will benefit from part of this investment for the acquisition of vehicles that allow more efficient fumigation work to eradicate the dengue fly in Sinaloa.
