He is only 18 years old and there are five complaints against him for theft, two for violence and another for an outrage. Julio Alfredo Quispe Guerra (18), fell on August 13 after snatching a cell phone from a minor in the Chilca district of Huancayo, but apparently he was released. Yesterday, he was caught again for stealing a cell phone with the “racketing” modality. This time, the victim had the GPS activated and, before the timely complaint, members of the Emergency Squad caught “Julio”, who has a record since 2018.

they find Yesterday morning, in San Carlos, a motorcycle thief snatched his cell phone from Abril Flores D. (21).
