A woman in Barrancabermeja was captured by the Middle Magdalena Police, as she was putting her daughter in a cast to go out into the streets and ask for money, they reported.
The alert was citizen, because someone would have seen the minor without the cast, then with the cast, and then without the element.
The girl told the police that she had been in this situation for four months. That her mother put that on her and took her out on the street.
The woman would be committing the crime of exploitation of minors, by using his own daughter for begging reported the authorities.
“He faked an injury to his 7-year-old daughter to ask passersby for money,” said Henry Ramírez, a colonel of the Magdalena Medio Police.
