National District.- The communicator Nahiony Reyeswife of the presidential candidate of the Dominican Liberation Party (PLD) Abel Martínez, assured this Thursday that the country needs public policies that favor it and that they will come from the hand of the candidate.
“What is happening here is genuine, it is a reflection of what we women want for our country; we need public policies that favor us and those public policies will come with Abel Martínez, ”she said as she led a massive act in the auditorium of the Mauricio Báez Club, along with hundreds of women who support the aspirations of her husband.
Nahiony stressed that the current mayor of the Santiago de los Caballeros province will win the PLD consultation process on October 16, and that said victory will be a test of what is coming in the 2024 presidential elections.
“It is necessary for women to have a massive activism at the polls on October 16 because the victory that we will achieve for Abel will be a test of what is coming in 2024, it will be historic in the panorama of modern politics of the Republic Dominican,” he said.

Nahiony assured that Abel Martínez is a proven politician, with more than half his life dedicated to public service “so, from my heart, I ask you to take on this project as yours because Abel does not know how to fail, Abel has not looked bad and Abel would never play with the hopes and dreams of each of you.
She encouraged women to value female empowerment in society, stating that “we are not going to underestimate our capacity; we have the power to go as far as we want with conviction, no matter what the scenario is.”
The activity was attended by dozens of presidents of intermediate and grassroots committees, along with hundreds of women leaders and community leaders from all over the National District.
