A 43-year-old man, accused of the crime Against Freedom and Sexual Integrity in the form of (sexual rape), to the detriment of a minor, was placed under provisional arrest, after the Municipal Personería of San Lorenzo accredited before the judge guarantees the criminal conduct and the presumed connection with the event.
According to the Public Ministry, the events were recorded on July 11, 2021, in Candela, Hato Jobo, Mironó district, in the Ngäbe Buglé Comarca, when the alleged aggressor committed the sexual crime against his minor niece, which was pregnant.
It should be noted that this same person remains under provisional detention in a penitentiary center in the province of Chiriquí, for his alleged connection to the crime of attempted femicide against a newborn, for an event that occurred on April 30, 2022, in the district of San Lorenzo.
