The fraudulent obtaining, by agents working in the Army, of a Registration Certificate (CR) for shooters and hunters is the target of Operation Armed Registration, by the Federal Police, this Friday (23).
In the action, about 30 federal police officers are serving five search and seizure warrants in Goiânia, issued by the 11th Federal Court of the Judiciary Section of the State of Goiás. “The present stage of the operation seeks to locate, at the addresses where the warrants are executed, computers, cell phones and documents, which will serve as evidence during the investigations”, informed the PF.
The investigated group could answer for the crimes of use of false documents, in addition to conspiracy, whose combined sentences can reach 13 years in prison.
