Braulio José Cano Vargas, 37 years old, was the victim of an apparent case of contract killings in the city of Caraguatay, department of Cordillera.
The victim was assisted and transferred in an ambulance belonging to the Caraguatay Fire Department. On the way to the hospital, the cell phone was attacked with bullets by alleged hit men.
