With all 26 players called up for the friendlies against Ghana and Tunisia, coach Tite led a training session this Tuesday (20th) in Le Havre (France). The matches are of great importance for the Brazilian team, as they are the last of the team before the start of the Qatar Cup, which will have its opening match on November 20th.
One of the last athletes to perform was striker Pedro, who participated in Flamengo’s 2-1 defeat by Fluminense for the Brazilian Championship. And the number 9 of Rubro-Negro arrived with the certainty that the competition to guarantee a spot on the squad for the World Cup is very big.
“I know the competition is great, especially in attack, a position in which everyone is very well prepared. This is something that motivates even more, for being able to see that I am among the selected ones on the eve of the dispute of a World Cup”, declared Pedro.
The Canarinho team will carry out a new activity next Wednesday (21), the penultimate one before the match against Ghana, on Friday (23), at the Océane stadium, in Le Havre. Four days later the team returns to the field to face Tunisia, in the Parc des Princes, in Paris.
