Statement from Fritran SA
Fritran SA deeply regrets the declaration of pre-conflict made by the Federation of Dairy Industry Workers (FTIL) and Sudec, while emphatically rejecting the unfounded accusations made by the union, which argues an alleged suspension of those who attended an assembly.
The sanctions received by some workers respond to lack of marking and rude and systematic errors in their tasks that affect customers and the company, putting its viability at risk.
In no case were sanctions applied for participating in union activity, but the union hides these facts and poses a false situation to justify the conflict.
Regarding the dismissal of a worker, it was the result of an investigation that had all the guarantees, in which faults were found that were recognized by the union. During working hours, the official carried out activities beyond his control, such as managing his debt collection management company with teams from our firm. His conduct was far from being exemplary, and he had already been subject to sanctions.
From Fritran SA we deny the violation of agreements to which the union alludes, as well as an alleged abusive attitude in the application of sanctions, but this does not mean that we give up our right to manage the company, since its future and maintenance depends on it. of the 91 direct jobs it generates.
None of the proposed changes involves job losses or a reduction in wages. However, we have not been able to move forward due to the persistent intransigence of the company’s union.
We call for a serious and constructive dialogue, aimed at jointly processing the changes and modernization that Fritran SA needs to ensure its viability.
