The scientific police specified that this homicide occurred in the early hours of August 27 in the victim’s home located in the Macaracuay urbanization, Sucre municipality, Miranda.
That day, two teenagers and three adults broke into the residence to steal property. The lady discovered them and they attacked her with a knife, inflicting multiple wounds on her face that later caused her death. They then fled taking a number of goods, including Gladis Josefina’s cell phone, according to the investigation by the cicpc.
So far those arrested for this fact are: Kevin Alexis Blanco Duarte (20) and Ángelo Josué Medrano Mendoza (22). The scientific police are after the search for two adolescents aged 15 and 16, as well as a subject nicknamed Cantaya.
The detainees were handed over to the 41st Prosecutor’s Office of the Public Ministry of the Metropolitan Area of Caracas.
