López acts crazy with Guaidó and Laprea

In an unusual statement issued yesterday by Leopoldo López, a fugitive from justice and leader of Voluntad Popular, he assures that since 2021 he already knew that the directive of monomers and his manager Guillermo Rodríguez Laprea were involved in acts of corruption, but that Juan Guaidó went to the extinct National Assembly to request approval to remove him, but was unable to do so. López does not explain who prevented it, and he does not give names or reason.

The new version of López intends to leave in the air who was in charge in Monómeros since then and avoid all blame.

In addition to all this, his mother received a payment from that company after the date on which López says he knows nothing more about the matter.

Plan

The Government designed a contingency plan to monomers. The new general manager, Iván Sánchez, said that he contemplates bringing raw materials from Venezuela to the complex located in Barranquilla and to the plant in Buenaventura. He pointed out that the first ship is expected to arrive with some 12 or 14 thousand tons of urea and also other raw materials that are required for industrial processes in Monomers.
