The Government of the province of Buenos Aires, enabled from this Monday, the second stage of inscriptions of Buenos Aires CREATESa program through which citizens can carry out reforms, refurbishments or extensions in their homes.
This, since, through Buenos Aires CREATEScredits are granted at a 0% rate to carry out remodeling of homes in the province. The program offers three lines of financing: small, large parts and extensions; with terms of three to six years and affordable installments.
The main condition to be one of the beneficiaries of Buenos Aires CREATES is to be a resident of the provincesince the Government, in addition to improving the quality of life of citizens, also seeks to boost the regional economy.
To register for the second edition of the program, those interested must go to the official website of the campaign and submit a sworn statement certifying that they meet the requirements and subscription criteria.
Once this process is finished and after the forms are analyzed, the provincial government will send each applicant an email informing them whether or not they met the program requirements. In the case of those who meet the requirements, they will enter the draw that will be held together with the province lottery.
In the case of being drawn, a second email will be sent to inform the beneficiary when and how to upload the documentation that supports their affidavit. If all the required documents are correct, the requested credit will be assigned later.

It should be remembered that on September 12 the draw for the first season of the program was held, where 20,000 people from Buenos Aires were winners, out of the 114,000 registered.
What are the program requirements
To access one of the credits of the program, it is required to be between 18 and 70 years old, have a DNI and reside in the province of Buenos Aires, for at least two years before enrollment.
You must also have a stable salary equivalent to between one and five minimum wages. Registration is done by family group and the income of up to two members can be added.
