The San José Police managed to seize drugs and weapons in Delta del Tigre, as a result of the “Hamburgo” operation.
It was an investigation and intelligence work carried out by the personnel of the Departmental Brigade of San José. The investigation determined different drug sales points on which raids were carried out
In total, there were seven raids carried out in the towns of Sofima and tiger delta. These were carried out under the supervision of the Legal Prosecutor 2nd Turn with the support of the National Directorate of the Republican Guard and the National Directorate of Police Aviation.
As a result of the operation, the authorities arrested two 20-year-old men and seized 38 doses of cocaine. They also seized 1,100 pesos, two compressed air prickly pears (5.5 Nitro Piston with a telescopic sight), a 16-gauge shotgun cartridge and four cell phones.
From the skills carried out on the seized items, the Police were able to determine that one of the cell phones was related to a robbery committed in the same area in July 2022. This made it possible to establish that one of the detainees asked for money in exchange for a motorcycle, with which that the incident was cleared up.

After completing the judicial instance before the Court of Liberty, Yubert Isaac Rosa was found guilty of acts preparatory to the crime, in the form of supplies of prohibited narcotic substances. For this crime he must serve a sentence of 22 months in prison.
As for FNVZ, its formalization was ordered for the alleged commission of a crime of extortion, a crime of internal trafficking of firearms and ammunition and another of carrying firearms in public places, all of these in real repetition with each other. As a precautionary measure, night house arrest was imposed.
