Former deputy minister who resigned for not meeting the requirements for the position is the new director of Pronabec

The appointed this Sunday María Abigunda Tarazona Alvino as the new executive director of the (Pronabec).

This is the former Vice Minister of Policies and Social Evaluation of the Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion (Midis) who resigned from her position for not meeting the minimum requirements for the position.

The decision was announced through the published in the Legal Standards bulletin of the Official Gazette El Peruano.

Days ago, a Servir report concluded that the two Midis deputy ministers, including Tarazona Alvino, did not meet the minimum requirements for the position, so they had to leave office.

Thus, On September 10, María Abigunda Tarazona Alvino presented her resignation from the position. His resignation was accepted and he was thanked for his services.

It should be noted that together with her he also resigned William Ciro Contreras Chavezwho held the position of Deputy Minister of Social Benefits of the Midis.

In this regard, the head of Servir, Janeyri Boyerm, told the Epicentro portal that 10.9 percent of officials at the deputy minister level and general secretaries of ministries do not meet the minimum requirements for the position.
