It must be borne in mind that the lawyer of the young woman from Barranquilla, the jurist Miguel Ángel del Río, appealed the judge’s decision to convict his client of ex-senator Aída Merlano’s escape and they will seek a new ruling in her favor in the second instance.
Through her Instagram stories, the influencer was excited that she can enjoy full freedom at least until the time is up for a magistrate to review her case and issue a new ruling.

“The judge put in the sentence that until the ruling is executed, I will be free,” the 23-year-old revealed to her followers.
