The collective Acción Humanista Revolucionaria (AUR) called for a peaceful civil disobedience of the decrees that provide for the requirement of vaccination cards against covid in public spaces and also rejected that it had participated in the altercations that occurred in the city of El Alto the previous week , where a group “anti vaccines” attacked a brigade of the Ministry of Health.
“Completely. We have not participated in the activity carried out in El Alto, ”AUR representative Rafael Terrazas told Página Siete Digital. The attack occurred while a group of AUR was mobilizing against vaccines, but in the city of La Paz.
However, Terrazas said they called for “civil disobedience” with “non-violent” protest measures against decrees 4640 and 4641.
“We invite all the people who agree with the idea of non-violence to unite to form a humane society. One of the methods is civil disobedience in which each of the individuals, making use of their right to freedom of expression, does not obey all these decrees, laws, that the government is taking against human conscience, “he said. .
