The Government Administration of Public Revenues (AGIP) of the Buenos Aires government launched a new facility plan for small debts with interest forgiveness, which will be open until December 15with the aim of encouraging the payment of taxes owed.
According to official sources told Télam, “this measure seeks to accompany those who wish to catch up but who, due to the difficult situation experienced in recent years, could not meet their tax obligations.”
The human and legal persons who cancel their debts less than $320,550 nominal in cash (in one installment), they will obtain 100% forgiveness of compensatory interest.
Likewise, those who have debts greater than $ 320,550 nominal, may join the temporary facility planwhich will be in force during the same period of time and that will allow individuals and legal entities to pay their debts in up to six equal, monthly and consecutive installments, without financing interest or amount limit.
In both cases, administrative and judicial debts due before August 1 of this year may be included, as well as debts from expired plans prior to that date.
