The Ministry of Health issued a series of considerations to facilitate understanding of the meaning and importance of the health pass that will begin to govern this 1st. January with which those over 13 years of age must prove the vaccination.
The main concepts are summarized as follows:
-What does it mean to have a complete vaccination?
Currently, “complete vaccination” is considered to be a scheme of two doses applied with an interval of 14 days or more from the last dose applied.
A vaccination is complete also for the cases of applications of single-dose vaccines, such as the Cansino vaccine, having elapsed 14 days or more from its application.
It was also noted that this definition is dynamic and may be modified as the application of booster doses advances in the target population.
-What does it mean to have the vaccination started?
It is ONE dose applied, for vaccines whose schedule is of two doses, having elapsed 14 days or more from the date of application.
This definition is dynamic and may also be modified in the future as the application of booster doses advances in the target population.
-What does the status without vaccines mean?
This expression is considered if the federal NOMIVAC registration system does not record the vaccines applied or when the query in the CUIDAR application is made in a period less than 14 days after the application of the first dose or the single dose (only applicable to the Cansino vaccine).
After 14 days or more of its application, the vaccination status in the application will automatically change to started or complete as appropriate.

However, they will be able to prove their vaccination status with the COVID-19 vaccination certificate on paper and / or digital format issued by the local or foreign health authority.
