The legislator had to take possession being convalescent in a clinic from the city of Medellinwhere she was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), on behalf of a serious urinary tract infection.
The president of Congress, Roy Barreras, had to arrive at the health center to take the oath to the parliamentarian on July 24, four days after the installation of ordinary sessions.
