At the end of 2021, a striking international organization called “Bank of Humanitarian Projects” arrived in the country. It was installed in the city of Villa Hayes (Presidente Hayes), although it is currently also found in other parts of the country.
The organization, which already has around 1,000 followers, as seen in the number of members of its telegram group, promises free homeownership and debt payments to people who want to join the organization.
Its Paraguayan leaders explain that they are based on the NESARA law (US law known as the National Economic Security and Reformation Act). According to relatives of some participants, whose names we prefer to omit, the organization promises, without giving a specific date, that soon a reserve of money that supposedly exists in the United States is going to be released, and this money that is going to be released will be destined to forgive all the debts that exist, both personal and external debts of the countries. , the people will be able to pay all their debts, as well as the countries can also fulfill their external debts. The objective of this will be that the nations can invest more money in education and for other projects that can serve the community.
During the first months, leaders like Miguel Garrigoza Alder (profile name on Facebook), taught courses worth G. 22 thousand (to pay for the certificate). With this, those interested in housing could start the necessary paperwork to be able to benefit. In addition, they could know the entire procedure to finalize the adjudication of their own house.
COOPERATIVE
From their own homes and the payment of debts, the organization now plans to create a cooperative. For this purpose, it requests from each interested party the sum of G. 500 thousand to be able to be part of it. They promise to hand over a (presumably debit) card worth G.1 million in return. This announcement was made only last week, so the relatives of several of the members of this organization fear that they will fall into a case of fraud.
COMPLAINTS
This organization is present in 143 countries as they themselves announced. Its headquarters is in Colombia. Interestingly, a publication of the medium “El Quindiano” of said country, published an article last April, where they report that a corporation defrauded around 5,000 people with a housing project in the Quindío Department of Colombia.
Among those denounced, is Mauricio Castaño Valencia, legal representative manager of the Citizen Renovation Corporation and national director of the bank of humanitarian projects for 87 countries. He is precisely the leader of the organization present in our country.
