The member of the Supreme Electoral Tribunal (TSE) Dina Chuquimia indicated that the Movement Toward Socialism (MAS) is the only party that has its organic statute appropriate to the Law of Political Organizations 1096. Unión Cívica Solidaridad (UCS) and the Movimiento Tercer Sistema ( MTS) have a period of 30 days to correct the observations of the body.

“At the national level there are 11 political organizations, of which to date only one has been registered in its entirety, which is the Movement Toward Socialism. In the next week we are going to meet and we are going to see case by case what corresponds to each of the political organizations ”, he indicated.

He insisted that the parties have until 4:00 p.m. this Friday to deliver their statutes appropriate to Law 1096.
