Two active police officers (a man and a woman) were arrested on September 10 for allegedly being linked to the criminal gang led by Deiber Johan González, known as “Carlos Capa.” The officials were arrested in the middle of an operation carried out in the Valles de Tuy, Miranda state.

The police operation

Who is Carlos Capa?
