In the 23 de Enero parish, in Caracas, the Training Plan for the spokespersons of the communal councils in the capital city began.
This was reported by the president of the Permanent Comptroller Commission of the Municipal Council of Caracas, Reina Lira, who indicated that the goal is to give workshops to the communal councils of the 164 communes that Caracas has “that is the spirit of this commission.”
On this occasion, the workshop was held in the Simón Bolívar Commune, which previously renewed the spokesperson for its 20 communal councils. The activity has the support of the Comptroller General of the Republic.
