A series of videos and photos known this Friday made it possible to detect the presence of Fernando André Sabag Montiel, the man who tried to assassinate Vice President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner camouflaged among the protesters who held a vigil in his support at the door of his home.
These are images in which the aggressor, 35 years old, appears with a stick in which he carries snowflakes and moves among the protesters even to the point of standing a few meters from Axel Kicillof on August 27, the same day that the government of the City of Buenos Aires ordered the placement of a fence at the door of the former president’s house.
The first images were exhibited this Friday morning by the news channel C5N and it is expected that in the next few hours new images will emerge from other media that were already searching among their own archives.

The images support a theory that researchers have been considering for several days: the attack on the vice president would have been the end of a maneuver that included long days of “prior intelligence” to find out how Fernández de Kirchner was dealing with the protesters and what were the vulnerabilities of your security device.
For now, the judicial file instructed by Judge María Eugenia Capuchetti, with the intervention of prosecutor Carlos Rívolo, has only two defendants, both detained: Sabag Montiel and her partner, Brenda “Ámbar” Uliarte (23), who is accused of participating in the attempt. of assassination
In the file, which is barely a week old, the names of Gabriel Nicolás Carrizo, Sergio Orozco, Leonardo Volpintesta, Miguel Ángel Castro Riglos and Lucas Acevedo also appear, who appear, at least for now, as witnesses.
It is about the alleged sellers of sugar flakes – now known as “los copitos” – who appeared together with Uliarte in a television interview that they granted to Telefe, last Friday, where they said they had received threats; after which they appeared in court to provide their versions.

The same spokesmen assured that, through the analysis of images, geolocation, communications, they could have been detected in the surroundings of Juncal y Uruguay’s home, where the vice president lives, days and even weeks before the attack.
The investigators are investigating whether Uliarte received containment from “los copitos” in the hours after the attack, during which time alternative means of communication such as false Facebook profiles were used to avoid detection; while a line of investigation aims to determine who gave them logistical and financial support.
“They manipulated Brenda and not the other way around. They were the ones who pushed her to give an interview on television, ”a source assured Télam who at this time analyzes the movements of the accused and the men with whom she appeared before the Telefe cameras.
