One of the most recognized and entrenched monarchs in the entire world has died. Queen Elizabeth II of England passed away last Thursday after a string of complications from illnesses due to her advanced age. The queen passed away surrounded by her loved ones in her Scottish castle at Balmoral.
After her death, many stories about the queen have come to light, however one of the most striking, for her relationship with the Peruvian people, and especially the people of Cusco, it is his unknown affiliation with the firefighters of Cusco, whom he sponsored more than 30 years ago, and even sent presents.
After the departure of Queen Elizabeth II, it was announced from the official networks of the IX Departmental Command of Firefighters of Cusco, that the former monarch She was godmother of the ‘Queen Elizabeth II’ promotion of the Cusco Fire Company – 39, to which, through the British consul in Cusco, he donated the first communication equipment that firefighters had in the entire region.

Meanwhile, the British royal family reported that in her last hours the queen was under special medical care and finally, died in Balmoral, Scotland without any complications or pain. Now they prepare everything corresponding to their funeral.
