The national campaign “September, month of the will” is now available

The national campaign "September, month of the will" is now available

Among the most relevant things that you should be clear about the need to make your will, are the following:

  • It means putting the heritage in order, inheriting not only assets, but also peace of mind for loved ones.
  • You avoid higher expenses in the future.
  • You prevent loss of time and problems between family.

If there is a will, there is no need to go through an intestate succession trial, which is expensive, tedious and time-consuming. In addition, when the testator dies, the inherited assets will pass to the people he or she decided and in the proportion that he or she arranged.

The Ministry of the Interior and the National College of Mexican Notaries began the campaign “September, month of the testament”, in order to promote the culture of granting and inform citizens about the advantages of carrying out this procedure.

Likewise, they will provide attractive benefits during this month, such as cost reductions of up to 50%, free legal advice on the matter, and notary office hours will be extended.
