According to Statista Digital Market Outlook, the Latin American and Caribbean e-commerce market is expected to reach a retail sales value of more than $105 billion by 2025.
Faced with this rapid growth, in addition to the importance of knowing the digital ecosystem and the local market, the Colombian startup Rocketfy and the edtech Platzi created the first digital dropshipping school aimed at entrepreneurs in the region.
(Evolution of e-commerce: simpler, faster, more secure).
“This alliance seeks that entrepreneurs identify the benefits of an online business without compromising their initial investment in services or products. The idea is also that they acquire the tools for their e-commerce to grow”, commented Alejandro Kratc, co-founder and CEO of Rocketfy.
The courses will focus mainly on teaching about the dropshipping model, the choice of suppliers, the winning products in the market, how to sell and collect with integrated logistics in minutes, and how to manage cash on delivery.
(Colombian founder of Platzi, among the best young entrepreneurs).
“The school will be focused on teaching dropshippers and all the players in the Dropshipping ecosystem how to start a digital business without investment and how to achieve sustainable growth”, said Roger Terán, director of growth at Rocketfy.
School starts on Friday, September 9. The online course will last 10 hours and those interested can register through https://platzi.com/cursos/business-dropshipping/.
(Online purchases of pet products grow by 40%).
