Santo Domingo.- President Luis Abinader and First Lady Raquel Arbaje expressed their condolences to the royal family and the British people on the death of Queen Elizabeth II.
Through the social network Twitter, the president highlighted “dedication to democracy and the best causes” in the 70-year reign of the monarch of the United Kingdom.
Likewise, the first lady considered the queen’s mandate admirable. “I deeply regret the departure of Queen Elizabeth II, who admirably steered the destiny of the United Kingdom,” she said.
