Buckingham Palace confirmed this Thursday, September 8, that Queen Elizabeth AII, 96, has died.
This Thursday, the doctors of Queen Elizabeth II, 96, reported that they were “concerned” about her health and recommended that she be placed under medical supervision at her Scottish castle of Balmoral, Buckingham Palace reported Thursday.
“The queen died peacefully this afternoon at Balmoral,” the palace announced.
“Following a further assessment this morning, the Queen’s doctors are concerned about Her Majesty’s health and have recommended that she remain under medical surveillance,” Buckingham Palace said, noting that the monarch is nonetheless “comfortable” and still at Balmoral Castle, which is the summer residence of Queen Elizabeth II.
His family was informed of the situation, the British agency PA specified, while Prime Minister Liz Truss expressed the country’s concern over the news.
