There, Castillo Terrones would testify before the provincial prosecutor of Cajamarca, Nury Del Rosario Marín Reyes, who is in charge of investigating the case that also involves Lilia Paredes, the first lady with whom the thesis in question was developed.

The Public Ministry opened an investigation in May for alleged irregularities in the academic work they presented to the César Vallejo University, since possible plagiarism, general falsehood and improper collection to the detriment of the State would have been committed.

This will be the second summons to which Pedro Castillo attends before the Public Ministry so far this week. The president has five cases in charge of the Nation’s prosecutor, Patricia Benavides, for alleged crimes committed during his term.
