After sanctions by the Ethics Commission: Gonzalo de la Carrera indicates that he will go to the “International Court of Human Rights if necessary”

After the Ethics Commission of the Chamber of Deputies established the maximum sanction for Gonzalo de la Carrera, which is censorship and 15% of his parliamentary allowance, for the attack he carried out against the Vice President of the Chamber, Alexis Sepúlveda , the ex-member of the Republican Party uploaded a video to his Twitter with his defenses against the “lynching in the Ethics Commission”.

Along these lines, he indicated that he will go to the “International Court of Human Rights if necessary”, although this legal instance does not exist, in the video he corrects himself and indicates that it is the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.

The Deputy comments that he did not have the right to due process or legitimate defense, that he requested to appear but “they did not let me speak.”

De la Carrera adds that if he had gone “he would have asked that Deputy Tomás Hirsch and the president of the Commission, Deputy Venegas, be disqualified”, since both “prejudged” him.

Due to this, he indicated that “I have no choice but to go to the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.” Furthermore, he pointed out that “I bothered them for their totalitarian agenda.” And he ended by saying that he will go to the last consequences.
