“Today the file was digitized and the points of expertise were established: emotional damage from Darthés that he declared he had suffered and the state of post-traumatic stress that Calu suffered,” said his lawyer, Raquel Hermida Leyenda, in dialogue with Télam, adding that the “expertise of the official part accepted the position”.
The lawyer pointed out that “The strategy was to let (the file) die, but today the actress intends to change the jurisprudence and establish that abuse is a crime and that it does not generate rights for the aggressor.”
In 2018, the actor initiated a case against Rivero for “damages” after she reported him.
The actress had spoken publicly for the first time about her sudden departure from the novel Dulce Amor, in 2012, in which she was the protagonist along with Darthés.

The lawyer indicated that Calu “wants to follow the file to show that there were no damages,” and announced that they will ask the judge to “guarantee attendance at Darthés’ expertise, because if he does not attend we would be facing a situation of inequality.” .

The actor was also denounced for sexual abuse by actress Thelma Fardin in 2018 for an event that occurred in Nicaragua. when she was 16 and he was 45.
On that occasion, Fardin said that the actor, who is based in Brazil, had raped her in 2009, in a hotel in Nicaragua, where they had traveled as part of a tour with the novel Patito Feo.
In the trial that follows the actor in Brazil, the missing testimonials will be taken, and after 4 years the actor will testify before the Justice on October 20.
