The fact was confirmed in the last few hours by the Bogotá Metropolitan Police (Mebog), which explained that the theft occurred in what is called the “opportunity factor”, which means that the criminals did not enter violently or force the locks of the place.

Although it has not been confirmed what other elements were extracted from the Cathedral, It is estimated, according to the authorities, that the cup alone could be worth more than $8 million.
