The Embassy of the United States in the Dominican Republic reported this Wednesday that it will resume regular operations of the Unit of Visa of Immigrants from next January 3.

According to a publication made on the social networks of said embassy, ​​applicants with scheduled appointments They must attend at the time and date assigned, while those whose appointments were canceled in the week of December 27 to 30, 2021, would be contacted directly.

This is due to the cancellation of appointments on that date due to lack of personnel caused by the COVID.

The announcement that would resume the appointments had been said several days ago.
