The project will be carried out on the 35-hectare land that was recovered from the Association of Small Entrepreneurs of the Tacna Region (Apertac). The property has been valued at 28 million soles to be bought by the real estate company that carries out the work.
SAC Altitude Proposal
The director of housing, construction and sanitation of the GRT, Ebert Miranda Marca, reported that the proponent, Grupo Altitud SAC, has planned that the work will be carried out in 54 months.
Although it was the company’s proposal, others can be presented to execute it, the call will be published in the Official Gazette El Peruano for two days and for 90 days on the Regional Government website to see if there are other offers for the construction of the households.
Denies addressing
Miranda ruled out an address with the company when the project occurred under the modality of private investment in state assets that was approved by the Regional Council in 2019 and convened by his sector in February in which two other companies participated that did not meet the requirements .
The regional councilors Luz Huancapaza, Jesús Chambi and Mario Copa observed the execution modality and asked that it be by public auction.
The regional manager of the GRT Juan Cánepa said that the modality was chosen to avoid problems such as Providit in which nine years passed so that they can have basic services and titles.
