The deputies of the Frente de Todos Paula Penacca, Leopoldo Moreau, and Florencia Lampreabe highlighted the sanction by the lower house of the project that condemned the attack suffered on Thursday by Vice President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner and questioned the decision of the PRO to withdraw from the session when the initiative was being debated.
Through Twitter, Penacca published that “we approved the draft resolution to express our strongest condemnation and repudiation of the assassination attempt against the Vice President.”
The leader of the group La Cámpora added that “we would have expected the entire political arc to rise to the occasion and act responsibly.”

“We embrace our partner Cristina with all the strength of the people, of love and of the organization,” he added.
For his part, Moreau said that “the PRO withdrew from the session and was opposed to mentioning hatred as a motive for what happened. It is as if they blamed themselves for the violence. The UCR stayed and condemned the assassination attempt. Still influences its democratic genetics”
Lampreabe published on his social networks that “the theory of the two hatreds is the new strategy to relativize and trivialize the resurgence of political violence that has a very clear orientation. They triggered Cristina in the face. Enough.”
“Polarization is not the problem. The question is to put a limit on the identities built on the basis of hatred and the desire to eliminate someone else. The right-wing are the beneficiaries of this type of strategy and there are plenty of examples in the country, the region and the world,” the deputy remarked.
