The Puerto Rican artist Eladio Carrión sealed his first time on an Argentine stage this Friday night at Luna Park, accompanied by leading figures from the local scene such as Duki, Nicki Nicole and Cazzu, among the guests.
The singer and benchmark of Latin trap unleashed all his power to finalize the long-awaited meeting with Argentine fans and he dispatched himself and fully toasted the public with a list of almost forty songs.
Carrión arrived to present his most recent studio album entitled “Sauce Boyz 2” and review some of his hits that positioned him as one of the strongest voices of Puerto Rico’s urban rhythms.
Eladio’s strong bond with Argentina and local artists was the protagonist of the show: the Puerto Rican received Nicki Nicole for “Note“, released in May of this year, and together with Cazzu did “My Cuban”recorded in 2018 on his first visit to the city and “Hennesy”.
Later, Duki appeared to sing “No Brakes”the collaboration they created with Bizarrap for the aforementioned album, and “gelato”another celebrated collaboration between the singers.
As host, Eladio left the stage to the highest reference of the Argentine urban scene so that he could sing his latest song live for the first time “Givenchy” with which he decreed his return to trap, after his forays into reggaeton.
“Today was a historic day for me, I hope that you will take home a memory as beautiful as I do. I’ve wanted to do this show for a long time, it’s finally here. You guys were among the first to get me on the world stage, thanks for that.”said Eladio at the end of the show, before saying goodbye with BZRP Music Sessions #40.
