Who is Juan Carlos I.?
Juan Carlos works as fiscal of Manabí. Although after going viral a video where he slaps Naomi Arcentales, the judiciary Council temporarily suspended him from his post.
The President of the Council of the Judiciary (CJ), Maria del Carmen Maldonado, issued the suspension, which can last up to three months against Juan Carlos, while the Council “investigates possible disciplinary infractions of our competence.” Maldonado also said that the State Attorney General’s Office must investigate the alleged crime committed against Arcentales.
