A Guarantee Control judge sent to prison Carlos Mario Fonseca Ceballos, as one of those presumed responsible for the murder of journalists Leiner Montero Ortega and Dilia Contreras Castillo in events that occurred on August 28 in a rural area of the municipality of Fundación (Magdalena).
The foregoing after endorsing the material elements evidence presented by the Attorney General’s Officewho charged him with the crime of homicide.
The capture occurred last Thursday, September 1st, by aspecial people from the Technical Investigation Corps (CTI) of the Prosecutor’s Office with the collaboration of the National Army and the National Policeon a public road in the municipality of Algarrobo (Magdalena).

Fonseca Ceballos will remain confined in a prison in the region, while the trial against him is taking place, given that he did not accept the charges for which the Prosecutor’s Office accuses him.
For this fact the authorities offer a reward of up to 70 million pesos for those who provide information of those responsible for the double homicide.
