According to a message published on his account on the social network Twitter, Hernández Lárez the FANB continues in the fight against drug trafficking, and this time they detected five citizens at the Citizen Service Point (PAC) in Guarumito, Táchira state. with 51 kilograms of cocaine.
He indicated that the drug was hidden “in vehicle compartments,” and added that the detained citizens intended to move the illicit substance through the national territory.

On the other hand, Hernández Lárez explained that the FANB remains alert to any maneuver by irregular groups that intend to commit illicit actions in the country linked to drug trafficking.
In this sense, he mentioned that the Integra Aerospace Defense Commandl (CODAI) has high technology to detect, and subsequently disable, any aircraft that illegally enters the national territory.
In the fight against planes used for drug trafficking by the Armed Terrorist Narcotrafficking groups of Colombia (Tancol), “the FANB Comprehensive Aerospace Defense Command has state-of-the-art drones for detection and destruction,” published the head of Ceofanb.
