The country’s production for next year feels optimistic in the proposal of the General Expenditure Budget, there is talk that the country could once again increase its growth by 4.5 after years of having postponed this circumstance due to the issue of pandemic, and because in Paraguay we have also been increasing the level of the deficit. For next year, a deficit of US$ 1,500 million is expected, that means that between what will be received and what will be spent, there is this difference in negative terms, the question of continuing to contract loans was also raised, indebting the country for much higher figures.
It is a budget that Minister Llamosas recognized, to try to get the country out of the current circumstances by warning legislators not to go beyond proposals that will not be achieved and that would generate pressure on a country whose Gross Domestic Product expectation for next year it is US$44 billion, and a budget of almost US$15 billion. Specifically, what is proposed in the budget is almost always an expression of wishes, what is done with the money and especially how much is wasted and stolen, ends up being a hemorrhage from which the minister, nor the legislators they want to talk
