54.3% of executive women recognized that they “feel concerned” about the result that the exit plebiscite of the constitutional process of Chilewhich will take place on September 4, in which citizens will choose whether to approve or reject the Magna Carta proposal prepared by the Constitutional Convention.
In this context, the organization of Women Entrepreneurs developed its first Thermometer in Female Senior Management, a survey with the aim of finding out what more than 100 women in front-line positions think about the upcoming process, the economic situation and society of the country.
Beyond the constitutional issue, 68.1% of those consulted by the organization reported a high degree of concern about the course of inflation, which is already around 13% per year.
Additionally, 84% stated that the focus of the current government’s economic program should be on the country’s economic growth.
Make visions visible
This is the first delivery of the Thermometer of the organization that seeks to make women visible, carried out between August 15 and 19, from a total of 107 responses given by executive women between 35 and 65 years of age and who are more than 15 years of work experience in front-line positions.
“As an organization with more than 20 years of history promoting the training and incorporation of women in the world of work, we believe that we have a responsibility to show how the women who today perform in senior management”, said the executive director of Mujeres Empresarias, Carolina Eterovic.
This group connects professional development spaces for women in the business world. Its actions include training programs, personalized consultancies, acceleration methodologies and visibility through awards for both entrepreneurs and businesswomen as well as executives in Senior Management.
