For the crime against the economic order in its modality of improper withholding of quotas to the detriment of the Social Security Fund (CSS), the former governor of the province of Coclé, Richard Fifer, could face a sentence of 84 months in prison, as well as reported the Public Ministry detailing that the trial against this former public servant was held today.

This oral trial began on Monday, August 29, 2022, in the Accusatory Penal System in Penonomé and will continue tomorrow, Friday, September 2.
