Caixa Econômica offers, as of this Thursday (1st), a new term for real estate financing under the Casa Verde e Amarela (CVA) program. Now, the payment can be made in up to 35 years. Previously, the limit was 30 years.
With a longer term, it will be possible, for families with an income of up to R$ 8 thousand, to dilute the value of the property’s installments over time, generating a reduction of 5.0% to 7.5% in the value of the installment.
The main financial agent of the CVA, Caixa Econômica is responsible for 99.99% of the investment of resources, the program budget for 2022 is estimated at R$ 68 billion. The action will stimulate the sector with the production of new ventures in the segment and increase in hiring.
The Casa Verde e Amarela program aims to encourage the acquisition of housing by lower-income populations.
