The president of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Deputies, the Moreno-born Sergio Gutiérrez Luna, dismissed the impact of his criminal complaint against the electoral advisers who voted to suspend the consultation for the revocation of the presidential mandate and maintained that the case is now in the scope of the Office of the Attorney General of the Republic (FGR).

.
He stated that, in addition, the chamber will continue with the legal process before the Supreme Court to defend the validity and effectiveness of the Federal Law for the Revocation of the Mandate and the Expenditure Budget of the Federation, pending the final resolution
of the ministers.
In turn, the PT defended the claim that, for the alleged commission of the crime of coalition of public servants
Gutiérrez Luna interposed.
The PT vice coordinator, Benjamín Robles, said that the INE intends to distort the context of the complaint and it seeks to convert a criminal dispute into a criminal prosecution
. He also argued that the Board of Directors does have powers to file the constitutional controversy against the INE’s challenge to the 2022 budget.
Likewise, the leader of Morena, Mario Delgado, said that this political force guarantees respect for the autonomous bodies, but when they act against the general interest

In turn, in a statement, the PRD bench considered that Gutiérrez Luna demerits his position by using the Legislative as a tool to intimidate the INE
